Hi, I’m Athena! ✨ I’m a Milwaukee-based, Aveda-trained esthetician, beauty educator, and the face behind Lash Bae, with 10+ years in the beauty industry.

When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me outside enjoying the sun, trying some delicious food, or spending time with good company.

Beauty has always been my creative outlet and has become a big part of my purpose. I’ve built my brand around beauty that feels genuine, healing, and empowering. For me, that looks like intentional transformations, cozy spaces, and good energy — the kind that helps you feel confident and at home in your own skin.

My beauty room is your girl time. It’s a place to slow down, catch a vibe, talk about life, laugh a little too much, and leave feeling better than when you walked in. 🤎 Life gets busy, and sometimes you need a space to pour that energy back into yourself. I want your time with me to feel like something you look forward to.

That same energy carries into how I teach, and it’s why I created Beauty Is a Real Career. I want beauty pros to have a space where they feel supported, ask the questions they’ve been afraid to ask, strengthen their skills, and grow into the career they see for themselves without feeling like they have to figure it all out alone.
